Recruitment

We here at Young Tech fulfill the Candidate need for the clients of Youngsoft Inc. in the USA.

Whenever, the team gets a requirement to fill, we start identifying, shortlisting and screening the candidates and negotiating on rates as per the requirement from different sources like Monster.com, Dice.com, LinkedIn, our own database and mass mailing to vendors etc. and submitting them to the client directly or via VMS portal within a quick turnaround time. For W2 candidates we have to ask them for what medical benefits they need and whether they need paid time off or not and for C2C candidates we have to take the rate confirmation mail from their employer.  If the client likes the profile and requests for an interview, we inform the candidate about that, send them a calendar invite with the link and update them with some do’s and don'ts at the time of interview. Once selected, sometimes we do the reference check and the Youngsoft team starts the onboarding process like sending an offer, background check etc..



Accounting

Our team consists of experienced and young team members who are proficient and efficient in providing various finance and accounting activities to its parent company, Youngsoft Inc. like Budgeting & Forecasting, Financial Reporting, Tax Compliance, Strategic Planning, Account Payable, Account Receivable, Bookkeeping and Audit Support. The team believes in working with the SMART goal framework (S - Specific, M - Measurable, A - Attainable, R - Relevant & T - Timebound). 

The members of our purchase team are professionally trained and have extensive experience in the areas of electronics and telecommunications. It is a team of empowered, goal-oriented, and quality-driven individuals. With the latest equipment and thorough documentation, our operations are conducted as efficiently as possible. 

The purchase department has been working for more than 17 years in the electronics and telecommunications sectors and pledge to provide total customer satisfaction. 


Human Resources

We have expertise in processing fast, easy, accurate payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all relevant laws and regulations of the United States. Our primary duties include processing payroll, maintaining employee records and onboard employees in human capital management solutions and timekeeping portals of the organizations. We handle employee enquiries related to payroll and benefits as well as internal related queries and working closely with other members of the HR team to ensure that we complete all payroll-related tasks on time and in accordance with company policies and procedures. 


Paralegal Support

Our trained staff with experience in legal fields are well acquainted with US laws and keep a hawk eye on continuously updating US and Canadian immigration and contracting rules and regulations. Specialized in immigrant and non-immigrant applications filing which may include H1B, L1A, L1B, LCA, I-765, TN Visa, I-140, EB1, EB2 and EB3 etc.
